Desires for story

This story started out as a fictitious autobiography that ended with my desires made reality, to marry Miley Cyrus.  However, as time went on, and she became human, this story now has other goals.
1.)    To promote spirituality and showcase Christianity from my experiences
2.)    To make a movie where Miley Cyrus, Brandi Cyrus and Demi Lovato are sisters.
3.)  To show some of my favorite songs in a movie
4.)    To show me as myself
5.)    To help homosexuals enter the Church
I considered writing a story where a lesbian sister reconciles with her anti-gay sister, but chose not to write it as it seemed boring, and a version where Miley and Demi are mercenaries against an Osama bin Laden facsimile, but that seemed like an idea I'd love to fantasize about but hate writing.  This story, as listed in its own post, is the most fun way for me to accomplish these goals, I hope it will be published (it still needs some work, but I'm waiting for feedback).  Another hopeful goal is to see 1964 The Tribute in the movie version, they are a great Beatles tribute band (check them out on Youtube or their website, 1964thetribute.com).  The part I've enjoyed writing the most is a concert for To Write Love On Her Arms, which takes place near the end, it combines my favorite songs from Miley and Demi, Brandi's band Frank and Derol, The Beatles, Casting Crowns and Newsboys, expect more on that later.  It's a really fun dream of mine and I hope and pray it will become reality.

Sexuality

This is also going out on a limb, but a friend said this was really good, so I'm posting it.

I am an extreme novice to this subject.  Though I’ve seen many sexual images, I do not understand much about it.  My father was mostly absent during puberty, and when we met, we never discussed sexuality.  My brother had one brief relationship during senior year, then left for college where he found his girlfriend and we do not discuss sexuality.  As such, I do not know what is normal when it comes to sexuality.  I do not know where the line is between normalcy and a lack of control, is it when you do something sexual daily, is it when you visit internet sites most weekdays for about an hour and a half, when is the line crossed?  I do not understand much in it, which is why it is hard to accept people as sexual.  When I was younger, I would fantasize sexually about Britney Spears.  She had it all and then some physically, but her mental state was beginning to fail.  Eventually, with her charges piling, her idiocy climbing and no end in sight, I left her, got some breathing room.  As I transferred my obsession of pop singers to the more intelligent Miley Cyrus, I blamed myself for what happened to Britney.  Sometimes I think when you’re doing something wrong; God will punish you (not entirely true).  Since I believed God punished me, what was a simple “man crush” became a complex obsession, a desire for utter perfection from both of us and a paranoia of a return to form, the “fallen angel” as the metal band Poison called it.  I don’t know if Miley’s dancing, short pants and tight clothing is normal sexuality for teenagers or not, since if I can’t understand normal sexuality for men my age, how could I hope to understand it for teenage girls, though I will say what’s been said in interviews suggests more of a normalcy about it from her perspective.  The worst thing about sexuality is that once, I took a sex education course in college, expecting to hear about fetishes and try to understand myself.  The class was, to this attempt, a colossal waste of time.  They described human sexuality as the “natural extension of primate sexuality and the sole intention was to engage in sexual intercourse and bear offspring.”  You can choose to believe evolution if you wish, but to me, there is much more to being a human than being the next step up from a chimpanzee.  Humans have a divine spark, seen in music, writing, reasoning, entertainment and worship.  Because of this, my attempt to understand myself further failed, I wanted to know why I found these things sexy, why I would write many stories about such things based on images of such I saw on the Internet.  Homosexuality is not a sin in my eyes, images of what the Internet calls “yuri” or lesbian artwork, is among some of the most beautiful images I have seen.  The Jungian representation in my mind of strength and justice meeting kindness and wisdom is represented in a lesbian relationship between the characters of Samus Aran and Princess Zelda from Nintendo.  Some may ask about verses about homosexuality, this was the place where the class actually helped (though a discussion on what it means to be a man and a woman in Communications Theory the previous quarter had also helped).  Upon hearing the extremely liberal sexuality present in ancient Greek and Roman cultures, where people were expected to be hypersexual, it is clear to me that the Bible is asking people to avoid these cultural demands of the time, to pursue meaningful personal relationships with single partners.  To me, homosexuality was made by God so that teenagers who are discovering sex may be able to write and draw sexual situations without inserting people of their sex into the situation, creating all kinds of uncomfortable feelings.  However, I will somewhat agree with my Republican friend who once complained that he was afraid of what our children were to think family was due to our increasingly liberal standpoint on marriage.  I would miss the traditional nuclear family greatly.  In my experience, family is the people you are related to, the people you live with and have bonds to like aunt, uncle, father, mother, cousin and sibling.  Family can also mean a greater community, like Christianity, at Church, at Western States Youth Gathering, when I read comments by Christian celebrities I agree with, I feel like I’m home, the love of God is all around and everything is at peace.  It is so nice to have people you can love who love you back, so nice to hear words that make you feel not alone.  This is what I love most.  However, I do love the standard Nuclear Family and believe it is something people should desire.

Two Souls and The Crowners

Two Souls is the initial title of the story I wish to share with the world.  It is a spiritual piece about using God to escape depression, removing Christianity from the political arena, and accepting people, no matter how different they are.  The main focus of this story as time goes on are characters based upon the story's inspirations, friends and members of the world-famous Cyrus family.  A simple way to show this is below.
Basically, the story is to follow either a character based on myself, or a character based on one of the girls above using the others to escape depression.  The Crowners is the name of the band the Elsner sisters form in the story, the Elsner sisters are based on and it is my desire to see them played by Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato and Brandi Cyrus.  The arrangement works as such; Brandi plays Dana, the oldest and most spiritual.  She gets married over the course of the story and functions as the others' spiritual mentor, a role she was somewhat forced into due to the divorce of the parents.  Miley plays Rachel, a famous girl full of anxiety and depression, which she unwisely chose to quell using alcohol and other drugs.  Luckily, much like the real-live celebrity, her family pulls her through it.  She is also obsessed with John Lennon.  Demi plays Anna, the youngest and most excitable sister.  Rachel and Anna have their difficulties due to Anna being the one to reveal the drugs to the family.  However, Anna loves Rachel deeply and always tries to do what's best for her, while Dana always lends a supportive ear.  The band's lineup looks like this:
Miley: vocals, Gibson Les Paul guitar and Epiphone Casino guitar
Demi: vocals, Gibson SG guitar and Fender Telecaster guitar
Brandi: vocals, Gibson ES-335 guitar, Gibson SG guitar, Gibson J160-E guitar
Codi Carraco (keyboardist from Brandi's band, Frank and Derol): vocals, keyboard
Possibly Hayley Williams (lead singer of Paramore, Brandi's Yahtzee buddy): piano, vocals (if not, piano can be done by Demi and Miley)
Jon Wasleske (one of Brandi's friends, probably her boyfriend): Gibson EB-0 bass
Levi Johnson (friend from Church) or Selena Gomez: drums

Sorry if this seems obsessive, but I've felt like this is my calling, to see a band and movie with Miley, Demi and Brandi and inspire their origin.  The band's genre would be Pop, Contemporary Christian, Hard Rock and other styles they enjoy and have done.  Billy Ray Cyrus may also be present (he'd sing and use his Gibson Dove guitar) and Brandi could use a Gibson Firebird while Demi used a Fender Stratocaster if the group would be interested in Lynyrd Skynyrd covers.

Political views

This is kind of going out on a limb, but here we go.

I tend to try to be independent of either political party, but I have some pretty strong opinions of both.  I harbor some animosity to Democrats due to what I’ve seen in my Democrat Uncle and considered self-righteousness, their belief that whatever they say is right due to science and that the Republicans are all idiots.  I fear the extreme leftism I’ve seen in my college days, it is directly inspired by Marxism and believes that Christianity is a lie that is holding back the nation.  I fear this perspective since I am a Christian, such a perspective gaining power would revoke my freedom of religion and send me to the gulag.  I never fell into Obama-worship, though I do think he has some good ideas on how to lead, especially in terms of crises like health care and the economy.  However, I despise his war policies.  I do not mind the withdrawal from Iraq, but we need to be in Afghanistan until bin Laden is in prison.  When I woke up that morning, hearing of the planes destroying this country, I knew whoever was behind it had a heart of steel, a hatred of America.  When I read the statements bin Laden has released, gloating of his glory, the folly of America and a racist attitude to Israel and the USA’s Freedom of Religion, I know this is a man that cannot be let free to roam, or he shall attack us once more, with renewed vigor as he believes himself to be partially successful.  I also think Obama is way too self-righteous and tries too hard to make everyone like him.
On the subject of Republicans, there is still much animosity and tension.  Whoever decided to make Sarah Palin the poster woman of the religious right ought to be slammed into a wall until their nonexistent brain forms.  It disgusts me how it feels that they have besmirched us Christians by showcasing hatred and coming across as highly unintelligent.  People who should represent the Faith should be people with love, honesty, a blend of science and Faith and a willingness to admit flaws while still being true to themselves. (People like Tory Belleci, Robert Bakker, my minister and the Cyrus family and Lovato family readily come to mind).  We need morals, but we don’t need to be Pharisees, we should be reasonable, not condemning.  On the subject of Evolution being taught in schools, I don’t know if it is necessary, to me, science was best when it was more about the joys of experimentation, the fun of seeing things melt, dissect and form.  Human origins should be taught to children based upon their families in my opinion.  Some angry people may argue for evolution by opposing the miracles of God.  There are still miracles going on today, a house loses heat the week of Thanksgiving and gets it fixed on Wednesday, a man nearly loses himself to drugs, but is led to the light, I nearly committed suicide, but a voice within told me my life was still worth living.  On the subject of homosexuality, I do not belief it is sinful, however, I am not sure if I support gay marriage since I am unsure what’s the difference between a civil union and a marriage.  To me, marriage is when two people exchange rings and vows with the intention of sealing each other together for the rest of their lives, completing one’s life with a sexual partner who you desire to see every day for the rest of your life.  I guess I started off Republican, became Democrat due to the Iraq War and Wiretaps, then became Republican the more paranoid Democrats became, then became independent when the Republicans became paranoid over Obama.  On a related note, I once put stock in the conspiracy theory that Bush had made the 9/11 attacks happen in order to gain emergency wartime powers, however, around 2007, when he seemed to just wait out the end of his presidency, I decided it made no sense that he would kill 3,000 people in a day, then back down from trying to seriously subjugate the American people.  Then History Channel aired their “debunk the conspiracy theories of Kennedy and 9/11” specials, which put all the nails in the coffin.
For me, the ideal president would be like Optimus Prime from Transformers, the leader of the heroes.  He fought boldly and with self-sacrifice, leading his troops against evil that desired to see them dead.  He was somewhat of a Christ-figure, since he was murdered and resurrected, but to me, he had that humbleness, earnestness, boldness and cool-headedness that leaders need.  Good quotes by him; “Freedom is the right of all sentient beings” “Fate rarely calls upon us at a moment of our choosing” “We will not share our weapons with you, we have seen your capacity for war” “If you desire to see us leave, we shall, but first, ask this.  What if we leave, and your claims that we are responsible for the continuing war are wrong?”

Christianity

If this seems paranoid, see the previous post.
Christianity is my religion, my Faith, my light and my way.  I’m an American Jesus Freak and if this gets published, I desire to be placed in the American Christians category on Wikipedia.  These days, it feels incredibly hard to follow Jesus in America.  I was Baptized in the September after my birth at Garden Street Methodist Church in Bellingham, but I remember mostly being raised in Faith Lutheran Church.  While I read my Beginner’s Bible often, I only grasped some basic concepts of the faith, the existence of God, Jesus, various other Biblical people and Heaven.  This helped me when my Uncle Jim and Grandparents died, though I was still sad.  I would definitely consider myself Christian in those days, but I never felt that deep in the Faith, especially when compared to my family.  Due to Mom singing Contemporary Gospel songs in Church and my brother being more involved with the aspects like JRR Tolkien and CS Lewis’ books, the Bible and the community aspect in the High School groups, I felt the least faithful of all the people in my family.  Then came 2005, the year when I went to the Western States Youth Gathering in Seattle.  When I went, it was a very wonderful experience, learning that God made me as I am; every piece.  Contemporary Gospel music and the speeches from nice people helped me realize God was much more than something real I couldn’t process due to the large and odd words used.  God is a friend, a mentor and someone who blesses you with love.  Jesus is the Lord of all creation, a man who chose to die the bloody death of a criminal and help us understand love, Heaven and God.  For several months, God had given me wonderful, beautiful bliss.  Then came the day of pain.  A flippant atheist attacked me in my junior year of High School at the library.  I was working on a film project when a friend from Cub Scouts came over, attacking the Christian religion verbally after agreeing to be in our film.  I tried to avoid confrontation, but he babbled on, denouncing everything I stood for.  It hurt, and it still hurts.  I see many cases of anti-Christian bias here in the United States, especially in film and television like Family Guy, The Da Vinci Code, The Golden Compass and that just scratches the surface.  When I saw Family Guy make fun of us, I felt like a stab wound would have been preferable, especially when throughout High School, people obsessed over the show.  I am not anti-atheist, but I can’t stand atheists who hate Christianity.  Jesus just feels right with me, the community and joyful experience cannot be duplicated.  I have met many Christians and they all have been very nice, non-judgmental, friendly, good normal people, I have only read the words of hateful believers.  Many may argue I can’t prove Jesus is real or is the Savior.  I cannot use evidence through archaeology, world history or science to prove the realities of Jesus, but I can say when Jesus is the Lord of my life, the world falls into place and kindness reigns in my soul.  When I doubt, it hurts, I feel wounded and mortified, despised and unable to control my destructive anxiety which calls me stupid, yelling that I have no proof.  Doubt may be normal, but while this nation feels like a Nero-led Rome, full of atheist-born lies about Jesus, I do not feel comfortable.  Some may argue that I should quit, but this is the coward’s way out for me.  Nothing hurts worse than being rejected because of who you are.  It may not really be this way, but it feels like almost everyone wants to see Christianity go, see us die and be thrown in prison while laughing that it’s what we deserve for things the worst of us have done, though I know it isn’t.
