Waiting on the Hot Stove

Hi guys. Well, I've been hoping for the Mariners to make a move soon, this slow process seems almost agonizing. I know I want the M's to sign Nick Swisher, but knowing Zdurencik, he's probably going to go with someone obscure and not so good. I'm kind of sick that the M's can't be big players like that. Next year, I plan to see five Mariner games, one game with the Pirates, one game with the Indians, one game with the Phillies and quite a few minor league games. Here's hoping the teams I see at home get what they want.

Hot Stove and Video-type games

Been a while, man I need to update this more. Anyway, Hot Stove season starts a few days ago, and I'm looking forward to the potential for increased offense with the Mariners. I don't want to see them going after guys who have 0 All-Star game appearances and .269 career averages, I'm hoping the M's will get Nick Swisher. I know most hope for Hamilton, but I feel like if we get Josh Hamilton, there will be loud aggression on the internet for his drinking problem. Julio Mateo beat his wife, so the M's traded him to the Phillies, and Josh Lueke plead no contest to a rape charge and was sent to the Rays. If Josh Hamilton cannot conquer his addiction permanently, the Mariners will not keep him and the fans will be irate that they are giving him millions of dollars for beer. Swisher has no known history of drug use/abuse, so he should be fine. I imagine some people would like to see Ichiro return, but, sadly, I feel that isn't going to happen. It would be nice to see Ichiro close out his career as a Mariner, but right now, the Mariners need a big home run hitter, not a singles hitter, someone who can help instruct the kids how to play the game, not speak mostly in a foreign language and do things their own way. I predict Ichiro will be with the Yankees for at least 5 more years. Next week, I plan to see Wreck-it Ralph, a movie based on video games with cameos of Bowser, a ghost from Pacman and several Street Fighter characters. Hopefully this will lead to some good partnerships between the video game and film industry, thus far, only Final Fantasy VII Advent Children still seems semi-magical to me, and that's more for the well-animated fight scenes. Of course, I'd like to MAKE movies based on Super Mario RPG, Super Paper Mario and Super Smash Bros. Brawl's subspace emissary, but I don't know how to get a job with Nintendo, and most of my personal choices for the characters (Bowser being a comedic oaf all the time, Samus and Zelda being lesbians, Tabuu being the Nintendo world's equivalent of Lucifer) might rub Nintendo the wrong way, plus I feel like I'd try to force in too many third-party characters that Nintendo wouldn't want. Also, whenever it comes to spin-offs, whatever I write usually doesn't have a lot of action. Anyway, here's to better and brighter things in the future. Vote yes on Referendum 74.

Getting back to the basics

Well, it's been a while. I had almost given up on this since I regret all the rants I made. I don't want the Mariners to be sold to Orleans, I want to see them for many years to come. Yes, I have been incredibly depressed from Ichiro's trade, but the team is doing well, so I can't complain too much, heck, El Rey Felix Hernandez pitched a perfect game! However, I have gotten some fears since my negative prediction of Ichiro came true, namely, that my other negative predictions will come true, like Nintendo going bankrupt from no one buying the 3DS or the Wii U, or that Romney will win the election, which will lead to him destroying gay rights "in the name of Jesus" (if you REALLY knew Jesus, you wouldn't destroy gay rights), which will lead to an anti-Christian revolt led by the antichrist, which leads to ALL Christians going to an Auschwitz and the Gulag would be preferable type of prison system for seven years. But let's talk about something else, shall we? After a reread of my last version of my story inspired by the Cyrus family, I've decided to revise it in my free time and post chapters here. I will also post my memoirs, and the goal is that either or all of these things will one day become a book. I don't know when the first one will be up, I've been overly requested by an art site to write stories for fellow users there. Plus, there's a lot of other things going on in my life.

Someone told me how to make a petition.

Nintendo, Save Jill Valentine and others from Capcom!

I read this today. [link]
This is depressing, I've not seen such a violation of human rights by video game companies...ever!  If such a thing is happening, if Capcom is really saying "you're having a heart attack, okay, five minute break, then back to work!" and if they're heading for bankruptcy, I urge someone to make a petition urging Nintendo to step in and bring Resident Evil into their fold.  The stories are gripping, the characters are lovable (I hate Wesker, though, but that's because he's an effective villain with no regard for human life...maybe the programmers were sending an SOS?) and I've written enough, played enough, read enough and enjoyed enough to feel that Jill Valentine would fit right in with Princess Peach, Zelda and Samus Aran.  I even tried to trend on Twitter that Jill Valentine should be in Super Smash Bros. 4.  I'd also like Felicia in some Nintendo games, and if Nintendo gets her, that'd be sure to happen, but one thing at a time.  Hopefully, people can get active or give me ideas to get active, I don't know how to start an online petition.

Middle Church thoughts

I've been reading Bob Edgar's "Middle Church," and feel it has many valid points that are all but ignored for the most part.  Namely, it asked why our foreign policy doesn't help enough people, why we invaded Iraq instead of helping those suffering genocide in Sudan, and also stated that what was written in Leviticus about homosexuals shouldn't keep us from showing love and kindness.  But I feel the country doesn't care, that for the most part, we like to think Christians are just like Pat Robertson and most Republicans.  This also incensed me about a majority of the books at the Family Christian Stores.  Don't get me wrong, it's a nice place, but this book and one of the last times I received their catalogue make me wish that those in power of "Christian media" made different choices.  Namely, they like to declare people who haven't violated their rules or are people who used to, but left it behind for good their face.  Pat Robertson, Tim Tebow, even Albert Pujols and Justin Bieber (hope he survived being stabbed, no one should die that young) have been declared good by them, they talk so much in their books and magazines about their faiths.  It makes me wonder, though, why do they do this?  To make us hip?  To make us popular?  To denounce those who don't "follow the rules?"  Years ago, Josh Hamilton, Billy Ray Cyrus and Miley Cyrus sat in those seats.  But Josh Hamilton had a relapse of drinking, and instead of asking people to pray for him, interviewing him about the process of recovery, they chose to go to the next athletes who pray and ignored him.  Miley Cyrus underwent the same rejection when she sang "Can't Be Tamed" (a fine song of independence) and declared her support for gay marriage.  Sometimes, I feel that the rejection was so severe and mean that she quit the Christian religion.  Of course, aside from Buddhist tweets and tweets quoting atheists, I have no actual proof.  Our magazines should be interviewing them, finding where they are in the walk of life, we're not perfect rule-followers, and we shouldn't want to create an illusion or stereotype of us as Right-Wing, or else we may frighten away potential converters.  Our magazines should talk to Nicko McBrain, drummer of Iron Maiden and Born-Again Christian, try to see what insights he has to the faith and being a member of an iconic heavy metal band.  They should ask Robert Plant what was the inspiration for Led Zeppelin singing "In My Time of Dying" and him as a solo artist covering "Satan, your kingdom must come down," he may have some unique perspectives worth hearing.  But, alas, at this point, that will probably never happen as the Right-Wing Radicals seek to say that they are the only Christians.

Hitting bottom? Let the world grab a shovel and go deeper!

Well, the Mariners got Perfect Gamed today.  I think this may be the first of many perfect games and no-hitters inflicted upon them this season.  Why?  Their offense sucks.  It sucks so bad it sucks at sucking.  They are a pathetic team of losers who can't hit worth a darn.  I hope they get sold to New Orleans and move there, I'm sick of seeing such a pathetic team.  They will lose every game I will see of them this year, by scores of 17-0, 24-0, 27-0 and 15-0, and at least one will be a perfect game.  Ichiro will be traded to the Yankees or Nationals for Pitching Prospects, because Jack Zdurencik, the biggest moron in baseball, believes pitching solves all woes.  The Nationals will go to the World Series, making the Mariners the pathetic losers who will be last to the World Series by default, IF they EVER get there.  I hope Bud Selig contracts them out of existence.  I am seriously considering giving up my tickets, because I'm so sick of being exposed to the lamest team in the history of baseball.  Also, Miley will convert to Buddhism, condemning her to the pits of the idol worshippers in hell when she dies.  Life f&*#ing sucks right now.

Library, Bus, Wish things were simple

Hey all.  I haven't done anything to Wikipedia since the last post, but I'm still depressed and angry.  It's namely because this town has people who like to sit on the bus and discuss science at depth, believing man should know everything about the universe.  That made my journey to work kind of infuriating.  There's also a guy on another bus who reads a book called "Bloodlines of the Illuminati" with a magnifying glass, obviously looking for "information about the cult that runs the world."  But on top of all that, the Library has me shelf-reading.  Which wouldn't be so bad if not for where I've been working in the Dewey Decimal System.  First, I saw books about the occult.  Then, came books by atheists.  Finally, yesterday, I entered the Christian section, unfortunately, there are only two kinds of books there.  There's the "you're not doing enough, you need to separate yourself from society and if you think gay rights should exist, you're being corrupted by the devil."  These outnumber the other kind, which I love.  These books are "we need to reclaim the spirit of love, compassion and do justice.  We don't know why that stuff about gays was written in Leviticus, but that book also mentions that we should kill adulterers and kids who talk back to their parents, neither of whom are being denied rights right now."  However, the real difficulty was a book entitled "23 minutes in Hell," which detailed a man who apparently was only guilty of not acknowledging God, spent 23 minutes in Hell one night.  This worked up my anxiety, especially about my friends and favorite rock stars.  The friends I worry most about are the lesbians who don't like my religion because they only see the "deny them rights or all hell will break loose" right-wing people.  But I also get worried about Miley Cyrus, Led Zeppelin, Lynyrd Skynyrd to a degree, Aerosmith, Joan Jett, The Beatles and The Rolling Stones.  All these people have made great music, yet they all have some checkeredness to them.
Miley: swears (says the "f-word" a lot), posts quotes from atheists on Twitter, her brother Braison has become an atheist who loves the anti-religious attitudes of George Carlin and Penn and Teller, hangs out with Kelly Osbourne, daughter of Ozzy Osbourne, who covered "Working Class Hero" by John Lennon (which refers to Religion as "dope") and "Sympathy for the devil" by The Rolling Stones.
Led Zeppelin: Guitarist Jimmy Page had a significant interest in the occult, enough to purchase Aleister Crowley's house and engrave his statement "Do what thou wilt" onto some records.  Also pursued a Tarot Card being, the Hermit, in his dream sequence in "The Song Remains the Same" movie.  On the positive side of the band, they played "In My Time of Dying" and Robert Plant later sang "Satan, your kingdom must come down."
Lynyrd Skynyrd: swore a lot, Allen Collins (guitarist who played the solo in "Free Bird") questioned religion after lead singer Ronnie Van Zant died, ultimately culminating in drug abuse, which led to a crippling car crash, which led to his death by pneumonia.
Aerosmith: swears a lot, sometimes talks about promiscuity.
Joan Jett: swears a lot, sometimes acts promiscuous on stage, has stated rock and roll is her religion.
The Beatles: Lennon had a troubled relationship with religion, seeing mostly idol worship and ultimately not believing in anything, really, though had some spirituality about him.  Harrison was a devout Hindu, often singing his praises to Krishna.
The Rolling Stones: see above, had kind of a flippant attitude to life, Mick Jagger is the most promiscuous lead singer I've ever seen.
I just worry they get to Heaven, Hell is a nasty place, and apparently "whoever is not against us is for us" isn't enough.  I'm also trying to see Iron Maiden in Auburn in July and Aerosmith in Tacoma in August, but haven't got any responses from the emails I sent on Facebook.  Hope brighter days are ahead, and that the Mariners will do well against the Angels, Dodgers, Giants and Blue Jays when I see them this year.

My favorite playlist

Well, I vandalized Wikipedia again, thankfully, they undid what I did, which was the same as before.  I feel regrets for getting out of control regarding a nineteen-year-old's spirituality, but you know what they say, "without faith, it is impossible to please God," and"no one comes to the Father except through Jesus."  But let's not dwell on that.  I'm listening to my favorite playlist right now, a compilation of most songs Billy Ray Cyrus has covered live.  Here are its contents so you can make it yourself!
1.) White Wedding, Part 1-Billy Idol
2.) Hot Girls In Love-Loverboy
3.) Is This Love-Whitesnake
4.) Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap-AC/DC
5.) Legs-ZZ Top
6.) Rebel Yell-Billy Idol
7.) Immigrant Song-Led Zeppelin
8.) Rock and Roll-Led Zeppelin
9.) Purple Rain-Prince and the Revolution
10.) Gimme All Your Lovin'-ZZ Top

12.) One Night-Elvis Presley
13.) Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain-Willie Nelson
14.) Call Me the Breeze-Lynyrd Skynyrd

More uncertainty courtesy of the number 1 music family

I’m going crazy since Miley Cyrus put up a Twitter image of some guy saying a statement about stars being responsible for existence, ending with “forget Jesus, the stars died so you could be born,” and calling it beautiful.  It is widely unreported, except by an atheist group that debated if she was just a non-fundamentalist Christian, a Buddhist, an agnostic or an atheist, with no clear answer, except they naturally favored the idea of her being an atheist.  The only other articles condemned her for what she’s been wearing and supporting gays, with one condemning rock music in general.  Most unfortunate, I dislike reading those websites, they make me feel crazy and want to punish myself.  I know you don’t care, I just want to let this out.  I worry about salvation and fear my prayers aren't doing enough.

Trying to find a way out

On this leap year day, I've been reflecting on how negative I've been lately.  I don't want to be mean and get angry at so many people, yet I'm upset because it feels my dreams are for naught.  I also feel like I'm losing friends due to my negativity and uncertainty on ways out.  I've also wondered about revisiting the story inspired by the Cyrus family, if I do, I want to post it here.  Happy February 29th, enjoy it as you won't see another until 2016.

Don't Think it can't happen

Looking around at this big old Internet of ours, and through my personal experiences, I am convinced the end of the world will take place before the decade is out.  Don't tell me I'm wrong, I know I'm not.  And it will start here, in the land of the free and home of the brave.  This nation has become very liberal, and its entertainment industry loves to make fun of Jesus.  The percentage of atheists is growing daily, and these aren't nice atheists, they're atheists who hate Jesus and all His followers because they think they're anti-gay.  I have met hardcore Republican Christians who are anti-gay, but that isn't the majority.  Of course, soon, this nation, if it doesn't already, will believe that the majority of Christians are Republican, anti-gay zealots who are holding the nation back by believing in a Creator and a Savior.  Then, they will deem us useless and throw us in prison, just like Hitler did with the Jews.  For seven long years, we will be tortured, beaten, and asked to convert to Hinduism, Buddhism, Neo-paganism, scientology, Baha'ism, atheism and satanism.  At the end of those seven years, Jesus will come again.  It is imperative we worship Him and love our gay brothers and sisters so to stall the torture. Believe me now, or believe me later.

Some of the most depressed I've ever been

Today, in a fit of rage, I vandalized the Wikipedia page for Miley Cyrus' "Miles to Go" book. I wrote: In 2012, she stated "I regret all the religion in the book, all religion is hogwash except Hinduism and Bahaiism. Jesus is a madman who attacked gay people, so I quit his fucking religion. All educated people should, too. Smoking is so liberating and therapeutic for me and makes me like my best friend Kelly [Osbourne]." I did this since I was so sick of the obsession and liberalism that were permeating the Internet around her. I was also upset that she is now following Seth McFarlane, angry atheist and creator of Family Guy, who thinks making fun of Jesus and His followers is funny. She also hasn't said anything about her religious status in years and I was hoping this would spur on change. However, I couldn't go through with it. Just a few moments ago, I erased my writing. I hope what I've done will not lead to me being sued for slander or Cyrus family and friends refusing to tour in Washington State. Things have been stressful lately, I almost had a full-time job, but didn't get it, the Mariners are probably going to trade Michael Pineda, who I saw last year, SOPA and PIPA threaten to destroy Facebook, deviantart and Youtube, and despite my medication for my deep anxiety, I have been paranoid that anything bad could possibly happen. Though my Minister assures me supporting gay people, Miley Cyrus and Led Zeppelin will not cause my condemnation, a lack of seeing Jesus from Miley made me paranoid and I just couldn't take it anymore, releasing it in a fury. Much like Billy Ray saying "the damn show ruined my family," this was me upset about feeling distant. I want forgiveness for this, not punishment. Please forgive me, world. Please forgive me, Miley.
