Not long after that last post, my Mom put a blocking extension on my main browser. I blocked an old website I've wanted out of my life for years, Twitter, Toho Kingdom for becoming obnoxious and mean-spirited and too much a "critic's website," Entertainment Earth for tempting me with various products and, for a day or two, Amazon.com and YouTube, stopping when I realized I missed my better voice acting playlist and I still wanted to check on my upcoming orders. I sometimes pause it to check Dawn M. Bennett, Sarah McKnight and Tara Platt on Twitter, but only for 10-15 minutes at a time and, honestly, they don't seem to have much to say that I'm interested in anymore. I can easily see myself forgetting Twitter in a matter of weeks due to the extra step for it now, and I am honestly fine with that since most of the website seems run by Trump supporters who deliberately avoid any sort of truth unless it supports their worldview. I honestly considered blocking YouTube again when I saw 3 Trump ads on one of my Classic Rock playlists, but there were none on my recent voice actor playlist, and it seems those ads are going down, so I think I'm fine.
My big next step is to begin a routine to go outside daily to some place, just walk, whether it's a walk around the block, a designated walk to somewhere, or merely meandering, the idea is to not be in the apartment and clean it while I am there. It should be fine, I'm just hopeful I won't run into somebody who will try to beat me up for cash. This Saturday, I have a ticket to an Ozzy Tribute concert called "Blizzard" at the Shakedown, and yes, their name does mean they focus on the Randy Rhoads era. Just this week, Ozzy's solo career was announced to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (about time), a great addition, and with Judas Priest and Black Sabbath, one of my three favorite metal acts to get in. This Monday I'm going to Seattle to see the Mariners play the Braves. The pitchers have not been decided yet, but schedule suggests it'll be Bryce Miller vs. Max Fried, so likely either a low-scoring game or a Braves blowout.
My new voice acting playlist is called "Great Voice Actors/Great Voice Acting" and starts with 6 videos of Yuri Lowenthal and Tara Platt in the real world, sometimes Yuri acting as Yosuke with Erin Fitzgerald, their TEDx talk, their trip to the British Isles, their rap song and their favorite Spider-Man costumes. The next 3 all feature Laura Bailey as Rise Kujikawa, then we hand it off to Tara Platt as Elizabeth, then two with Tara Platt as Mitsuru before showcasing Tara Platt as Edelgard in her same-gender relationship with Byleth. We then have Tara Platt as the Junon Commander in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth before 2 short videos of Dawn M. Bennett as Aigis. There's then 2 videos of Dawn M. Bennett as Nabbit, then her as Shez talking to Lysithea, followed by her introductory scene as Amalia in Unicorn Overlord. Yes, that's why the game's on my Birthday List, but also, a lot of people like the game and other characters and this is the own that features the most interesting Dawn M. Bennett character on Switch. The next is the last Dawn M. Bennett video as over-the-top villain Twizzly Gummy Cookie, then we have three videos of Abby Trott as Annette; singing, her relationship with Lysithea and her relationship with Caspar. Xanthe Huynh is next, making chocolates with Anime Impulse as Haru, playing Marianne and becoming Bernadetta's friend and Haru driving like a maniac and almost killing Matthew Mercer. We finish with 5 Edelgard support conversations that humanize the character, learning about religion from Manuela, being a "big sister" watching her "little sister" come into her own with Petra, bonding over gardening with Bernadetta and becoming a new big sister to Madeline in Engage. I am proud of this playlist and it can be accessed at this URL: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLlPWtMe7zpddrlldmwz_YaChT3Zfb8g6S
I recently hit modern years in my BlueSky post numbers and shared a ton of playlists there.

I am finding when you disconnect as I have, you learn you're over-stressed and the Republicans are mostly a nuisance. You do have fears they'll win, but you have more hope people will be smarter given what's already happened. I need to stay away from the "3 squared =6" memes and the YouTube front page of people blasting out their random opinions like they've discovered the missing book of the Bible that explains exactly how and when Jesus will return and Armageddon will take place...about guitar manufacturers. This is what has caused me to believe people are generally stupid and will destroy rather than aid and help the hurting.
